Hallowe'en

I hope you all had a fun Hallowe'en this year. This is what we did to celebrate.

When Moira got home from school on Thursday, we decorated some sugar cookies.

After dinner, we all carved our pumpkins that we got from the train ride.

On Hallowe'en the schools had a professional day so the kids all got the day off. We invited our friends Terhi, Emma, Walter and Richard to come over and have a little party.

After dinner, Kordon and Morgan came over so we could all go trick-or-treating. Notice that Moira changed her costume. She went from being a butterfly fairy to a bunny fairy.

Liam was a little brown puppy. He hated having the hood on and kept squirming around. This was the best shot I could get of him in his costume.

Great photos of some super cute kiddos. And I couldn't help but notice how nice your house looks too!

Those cookies look yummy!! Did you bake your pumpkin seeds? That's the only part of Hallowe'en that I like!! The kids look great! Who was that little ghost? It reminded me of E.T.!!

Thanks, Amanda. The house is starting to come along. There is still tons to do yet. One thing at a time, I suppose.

Erica, the little ghost was Richard. I love the simplicity and old fashioned-ness of the costume. It was his idea, too. We did bake the pumpkin seeds. We've been munching on them for days. They are so yummy.
